Client Relationship Manager
You will be the first person a new client speaks to: calling them after registration, explaining the platform in plain English and staying with them as they set up. Strong listening skills matter more than sales experience, and you must be comfortable explaining risk as clearly as opportunity.
Quantitative Analyst
You will test and refine the models that spot patterns in price and volume data, and help decide when the risk pause should switch on. You should have a degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering or a related field and enjoy explaining your reasoning to non-specialists.
Compliance and Financial Crime Officer
You will run identity verification reviews, monitor for unusual activity and keep our policies aligned with Australian AML/CTF requirements. You will work closely with support and product teams, so practical judgement and clear writing are as important as technical knowledge.
Senior PHP Developer
You will build and maintain the dashboard, the account area and the integrations that connect to exchanges through permission-limited API keys. Solid PHP and JavaScript, careful handling of personal data and an eye for accessibility are essential.
Customer Support Specialist
You will answer calls and emails from clients about deposits, withdrawals and the dashboard. We train you on the product, the fee schedule and the complaints procedure, and we expect you to say "I will find out" instead of guessing.
