Deposit and withdrawal methods

These are the payment methods available to clients in Australia. Every method is free of charge from AvenQuant, and each one has its own typical processing time. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own charges, which we cannot control.

Withdrawal methods

Withdrawals normally go back to the method you used to deposit, and always to an account in your own name. The full rules, checks and reasons for delay are in the Withdrawal policy.

Before you send money

A few habits that avoid most delays.

Use your own name

Deposits and withdrawals must match the name on your verified account. Payments from third parties are declined.

Allow for business days

Processing times count business days. Weekends and Australian public holidays are not counted, and bank cut-off times can add a day.

Confirm the details

We will only give you payment details through your account or your personal manager. If a message with different bank details reaches you, do not use it and contact us first.

Processing times are typical and start once a request has been approved. They are not guarantees, and checks under the AML / KYC policy can extend them.
