Individual attention
You deal with the same person each time, who knows what you have set up and why, and you never have to explain your situation from the start again.
Automated tools are only useful if you understand them. Every AvenQuant client is contacted by a real person before anything is switched on, and that person stays with you, answering questions and helping you set up each stage.
Your manager explains the platform. They do not give personal financial advice, and trading always carries risk.
Register and your personal manager will contact you.
A personal manager will contact you within 24 hours.
By creating an account, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Personal support is a one-to-one service. Instead of a ticket number and a queue, you have a named manager who knows your account, your goals and how comfortable you are with risk. The first call is a conversation, not a sales pitch: the manager asks what you want to achieve and what you can afford to lose, and explains what the platform can and cannot do about it.
After that, they are your first point of contact. You can ask them anything about the platform, and they can bring in the compliance or technical teams when a question needs it.
Managers see only what they need to help you. They never see your password or your two-factor codes, and they will never ask for them. What you tell them is handled under our Privacy Policy, and calls may be recorded for training and quality purposes, in which case you are told at the start.
You deal with the same person each time, who knows what you have set up and why, and you never have to explain your situation from the start again.
Identity verification, two-factor sign-in and the exchange connection are the fiddly parts. Your manager does them with you, on the phone, one step at a time.
Usually within one business hour by email during call centre hours.
Explanations that fit your plan and your plan only, not generic pages.
Help continues after set-up, whenever a question comes up.
Six things clients most often ask for.
Verification, security settings and connecting your exchange.
What to switch on first, what to leave alone and what to check on day one.
A walk through the dashboard, and a practice view so you can see how strategies behave before real money is involved.
Choosing a method, understanding fees and timing, and following up a request.
Changing your address, phone number or documents when they change.
What an alert means, how a strategy works, how to pause or change it.
Beginners, most obviously. If you have never used an automated tool, having someone to ask is the difference between confidence and guesswork. But experienced traders use their managers too. They want a direct line to someone who can sort out a payment question or explain a change without a ticket queue.
If you prefer to work things out on your own, you can. The service is there when you want it, and it does not get in the way when you do not.
Fill in the form. It takes about a minute.
Usually within 24 hours, by phone, to introduce themselves.
Verification and set-up, done together.
Questions welcome, for as long as you use the platform.
Most people are nervous before it, and most find it easier than they expected. It lasts about twenty to thirty minutes, and you can ask for it to be done in two shorter calls if that suits you better.
Your manager asks why you are interested, what you already know and what you would like from the platform.
You talk about how much you could lose without it hurting you, and what would make you want to stop.
The dashboard, the alerts, how to pause trading and where to find the fees and withdrawal pages.
Verification, security settings and, only if you wish, a first deposit. You may also say "not today".
If a manager ever does any of these things, please tell us at [email protected]. It goes against our rules, and we will look into it.
Use whichever is easiest for you.

Ask for a call and we ring you back at a time you choose.

Your manager can help with questions about funding and withdrawing, including which method to use and how long it typically takes. They can explain the fees shown on the Fees and pricing page and follow up a request that has not arrived. They cannot skip identity checks or promise a payment date that the payment provider controls.
For the rules that apply, see the payment methods and the Withdrawal policy.
Normally within 24 hours of registering. The manager calls the mobile number you gave, and if they cannot reach you they email to arrange a time. You can also request a callback at any time.
Yes, and that is the point. Managers assume you are new, explain each term when it comes up and go at your pace. There are no silly questions.
Anything about how it works: setting up a strategy, reading the dashboard, changing alerts, pausing trading, or what a message on screen means. If your manager does not know the answer, they will find out and come back to you.
Yes. They can explain the methods, fees and timing, walk you through a deposit or withdrawal and check on a request that has not arrived. They cannot bypass the identity checks that the law requires.
By email at the support address, by callback request, through your personal manager and through the help pages on this site. The call centre is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 AET.
No. Managers explain the platform and its tools. They do not give personal financial advice, and decisions about what to do with your money are always yours.
