Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to what new clients ask us most, grouped by topic. If yours is not here, ask your personal manager or write to [email protected].

Getting started

How do I register?

Fill in the short form on the home page or on the account page with your name, email address and mobile number. A personal manager then contacts you, normally within 24 hours, to help with the next steps. Registration is free and does not oblige you to deposit.

What do I need before I can start?

A phone number and email address to register, a form of photo identification for verification, and, if you want to trade, an account at a crypto exchange and the money you have chosen to commit. The minimum starting capital for the Basic plan is A$400.

Do I need trading experience?

No. The platform is designed for people with no professional trading background, and your manager explains each step in plain language. Not needing experience does not mean there is no risk, and you can lose money.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. The website and the dashboard work in a mobile browser, and you can check balances, pause strategies and read alerts from your phone. You will also need your phone for two-factor sign-in.

Fees and results

What does it cost to use the platform?

There is no monthly platform fee. Opening and maintaining an account is free, and the main costs are a trading commission of up to 0.58% per transaction, currency conversion of up to 1.50% and, on forex pairs, a spread from 0.8. Every cost is shown before you confirm.

Where can I see all the fees?

On the Fees and pricing page, which lists the three plans, the core fees, additional costs charged by third parties and the timing for deposits and withdrawals. If a charge on your statement does not match that page, contact support.

Will I make a profit?

We cannot promise that. Results depend on market conditions, and they can be negative. Reviews on this website are individual opinions, and calculator figures are illustrations, not forecasts. Past results do not guarantee future results.

How quickly can I withdraw?

It depends on the method: PayPal usually within 24 hours, cards in 1–5 business days and bank transfers in 1–3 business days once a request is approved. See the Deposit and withdrawal page and the Withdrawal policy.

Features and using the platform

What does the platform do automatically?

It monitors markets, analyses price, volume and volatility using AI-based methods and, under the strategy you choose, places trades on your connected exchange account. It also sends alerts and can pause trading when markets become disorderly.

Can I choose which features I use?

Yes. You choose the strategy, the trading pairs, the alerts and the notification channels, and you can pause or change them at any time. Your manager helps you make the first choices.

What does the AI actually do?

It looks for patterns in market data faster than a person can and helps decide when conditions match a strategy. It is a tool that supports the strategy you chose. It does not predict the future and does not replace your judgement.

Will I get notifications?

Yes. You can set alerts for market conditions and for account events such as new sign-ins. Choose the channels and the sensitivity in your settings so that you are told about what matters to you and not about everything.

Risks

Can I lose money?

Yes. Trading crypto-assets and other financial products carries real risk, and you can lose part or all of the money you commit. Read the Risk disclosure before you deposit, and only commit an amount you can afford to lose.

Why are prices so volatile?

Crypto-asset markets are open around the clock, are influenced by news and mood and are often thinly traded, so prices can move quickly. That volatility is the source of both possible gains and possible losses.

Does the risk pause stop losses?

It can reduce exposure by stopping trading when conditions become disorderly, but it cannot prevent losses and cannot guarantee protection of your capital. A position that is already open can still lose value.

Is automated trading safer than trading by hand?

Not necessarily. Automation removes some human errors, such as hesitation or emotional decisions, but it adds others, such as model errors and technical faults. Both carry risk.

Security and your account

Is my money safe?

We protect access to your account with two-factor sign-in, encryption, login alerts and audit history. Your assets are held at the exchange you connect, not by us, and we recommend limiting API keys to reading and trading. No security measure removes market risk.

Do you hold my funds?

The platform trades through your own exchange account using an API key you control. Deposits and withdrawals through our payment methods are handled as described on the Deposit and withdrawal page. Your manager can explain exactly where your money sits at each stage.

How do I protect my account?

Use a unique password, switch on two-factor sign-in, keep withdrawal permission off on API keys and never share codes with anyone. We will never ask for your password or two-factor codes.

What if I think someone else has accessed my account?

Email support with the words "security incident" or call your manager straight away. We can lock the account, pause your strategies and review the audit history with you.

Help and support

Who do I contact if I have a problem?

Your personal manager first, or support at the address on the Contact page. The call centre is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 AET, and email is monitored at all times.

What if I set something up wrongly?

Tell your manager. Most settings can be changed or reversed, and strategies can be paused immediately. We would always rather you asked than left it.

What if I do not understand a feature?

Ask. Your manager can explain any feature in plain language, and the getting started guide and Crypto basics page cover the fundamentals.

How do I make a complaint?

Follow the steps on the Complaints page. We acknowledge complaints within one business day, aim to answer within 30 calendar days and explain how to go to AFCA if you are not satisfied.
