Why we publish this notice

We take every report and suspicion of fraudulent activity very seriously. From time to time we find companies that use our name, or names very similar to ours, without our permission. This can cause confusion and spread wrong information about AvenQuant and the services we provide.

We have published this notice for three reasons. First, to warn you that copies of our name and branding exist. Second, to show you how to check whether you are dealing with us. Third, to make it easy to tell us when you find one, because a report from a client is often how we find out.

Cloned companies

If you suspect that you are dealing with a company that is cloning our brand, name or logo, we recommend that you do not share any personal information and that you tell us immediately by email at [email protected]. Include the website address, the name and phone number of the person who contacted you, and screenshots of any messages if you have them.

We work continuously to identify every clone. We must be honest, however, that some may stay unidentified for a period of time. Clients should always check the legitimacy of any company they deal with online before they share personal details or start any kind of business relationship.

How to check that you are dealing with us

• Our website address is avenquant.org. Check the spelling of every address before you type anything into it.
• Our email addresses end in @avenquant.org. Free webmail addresses are not ours.
• We do not ask for your password, your two-factor codes or the secret part of an API key, by phone, email or message. Anyone who does is not acting for us.
• We do not ask you to send funds to a personal account or to a crypto wallet address given over the phone. Payment details are given only in your account or by your personal manager, and you can confirm them by calling the number on this website.
• We never promise fixed or guaranteed returns. If someone does, walk away.

If you have already been contacted or have sent money

Stop all contact with the person, keep every message and payment receipt, and contact your bank or card provider straight away so that they can try to stop or recall a payment. You can also tell us at [email protected], and we will help with what we can, including confirming whether the person or website has any connection with us.

Our position on misuse of our name

We are aware of cases in which our name and personal details have been misused for fraudulent purposes, over which we have no influence or control. Although we deeply regret the financial losses suffered by anyone who has encountered such fraud, AvenQuant is not responsible for any fraudulent transactions carried out in our name.
